A session on children's' library by Dr.Neeza Singh. A very informative session with a lot of activities and demonstrations. we attended post test in second session.

 Visited T S State Central Library Chandigarh. Got inspiring ideas on children's' library 

In-service course Day-18

 It was a day started with wonderful morning assembly thereafter a session on Class Libraries also conducted by Sh. Vipin , TA Ziet Chandigarh. He shared a lot of innovative ideas to enrich class libraries.

In-service course - Day 17

 A very useful class on action research by Tejindar singh sir.. He has connected action research in the day to day activities of the Library and made us understand the basics of action research.

Second session on ethics at workplace too good as it made us to go through an introspection for evaluating the ethics we practice and tips to get refined.

INSERVICE COURSE - DAY15

 Classes by Book club by Sh. Saini and New trends in library and information systems by Dr. Neeraj were very interactive and interesting.  NEP 2020 envisaged the creation of Book club to improve reading skills of the children. Sir could transact the topic well.  We were astonished by seeing the developments happening in the library field.  All the committees met in the evening to discuss the development of their assigned projects

INSERVICE COURSE Day-14

 Artificial Intelligence class by Dr. Puneet was quite interesting one as sir demonstrated various AI inbuilt sites and applications. Beautiful reports were made with the help of one of these applications by simply puting some terms in the search window. Eg. Open Ai, DALLE, time . Social media playing a major role in promoting activities of academic libraries. It can also be used as tool to connect with our students and alumni. Mr. S L Faisal meticulously explained all the possibilities of social media in the library.
